Booneville First Assembly of God is a faith-based organization dedicated to advancing the mission of Jesus Christ through community outreach, worship, and discipleship. This Fulfillment Policy applies to all online giving, including tithes, offerings, and donations made through our website.
1. Refund PolicyAll donations, including tithes and offerings, are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Your contribution is a voluntary gift to support the ministries and operations of Booneville First Assembly of God. Once a donation is processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records. End-of-year giving statements will be provided for tax purposes.
3. Return Policy and ProcessAs we do not sell physical products or services, returns are not applicable. In the event of an incorrect donation or transaction, please contact us within 7 days, and we will review your request for a possible refund.
To request a correction, provide:

Date of donation
Amount donated
Reason for the request
We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.
4. Cancellation PolicyRecurring donations (such as weekly or monthly tithes) can be canceled at any time. To modify or cancel your recurring donation, please log into your giving account or contact us directly.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 business days before the next scheduled transaction to ensure timely processing.
